The marketplace
Restaurants4Sales introduces buyers and sellers of hospitality businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between them, and we do not act as a broker of record unless a separate engagement letter says so.

Financial figures, valuations and projected returns shown on a listing are supplied by the seller and are presented for information only. While we verify what we reasonably can, nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, and you should carry out your own due diligence before committing to a purchase.
Your account and enquiries
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, and that you will not use the marketplace to solicit our sellers outside the platform or to gather data for a competing service.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and photography on this site belong to Restaurants4Sales or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on listing information or from any transaction you enter into with a seller.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
